Don't waste your time. This Saks Off 5th should be renamed ... Hudson's Bay Clearance Junk ... The merchandise is old and remains at the same price as when first introduced to this outlet. I purchased a beige Vero Moda tshirt iin March 2024 for $14.99. I was at Saks Off 5th the week after Boxing Day and guess what I found? the same Vero Moda tshirt for the same price. I ordered two gifts for my wife's 60th birthday and when the package arrived, it only had one item. I contacted SAKS right away and as told to send them pictures of the package and the item which I did promptly. After a day of filing my complaint, SAKS contacted me via email informing me that my claim has been denied. This place is trash. The customer service experience is the worst ever. Most of your packages won't be received. And oh yea, they will keep your money. Not sure how they have stayed in business. Check reviews on any site, and you'll see terrible ratings. I placed four orders with them, online, in the last 30 days, I only received one of my packages. They denied my refund, and when I asked why, they said it wasn't their problem This place is a JOKE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
