Not impressed… we were traveling through the area in our RV and broke down. We went to this dealership because our motor home is a small one on a Ford chassis E 350. The engine light was blinking and they would not even scan the codes to see if it was safe to drive. Lucky for us Dobb Tire to the rescue. Never hesitated to help us and got us back on the road. For any of your service needs go to Dobb first.
Come on Service Department…. Step up to match the rest of your team. Complete failure with me there… 3 big strikes in a row. I’ll leave my 5-star review below but Service… I currently have NO FAITH in you . .nor your honesty. You get ZERO stars. The good maintenance I’m speaking of in my previous review all happened over at Versailles. I wish they were still there.
