Scotty Mccall and Jody Cromer were a great help in find us just the right car. They even stayed late to get our paperwork finalized to get us in our new 2012 GMC Acadia. Scotty even picked it up from my job for maintenance to be done on it. Such great service and def a family atmosphere. Will most def be a repeat customers. On the road from Chicago to Tulsa, a warning light came on for the battery charging system on our Tahoe. Various functions of the vehicle began to shut off as we were searching for a Chevy or GM dealer. My wife Googled it, Sakelaris came up, and I exited immediately. The only thing I can say about this place is it has nice vehicles one I wish I could have bought but they dicked me around like no other. About two months ago they approved me for $15,000 loan they told me my check stubs were not correct because I'm a waitress I wasn't claiming 100%and told me some ideas to better my check stubs so I went with Those ideas went back then they told me I had to make at least $1,800 a month or work 40 hours a week so I made that happen I went back for a third time they ran all my stuff again the... read more
We had a battery issue with our 2014 GMC Terrain today. Drove in & Stewart came right over to see what our problem was. They gave us a "loaner" to drive for an hour or so while they replaced my battery. A really good place to go if you are in the market for a new or used vechile. I recommend you ask for Stewert ...He's the greatest. And so are the guys in the Service Dept!
