Great food but terrible service most of the time. Been left on hold excessively; didn't get eel sauce on my eel roll..? Though tastes amazing enough to keep trying. Edit: I can forgive an hour delivery time, but I was charged an extra four dollars on my ticket and wasn't told until it came to my door, and my driver took my money without giving change. That was a tip I did not want to give
