As much as we might like the food the customer service was not good. We called and asked if we could get the happy hour food to go. The girl said yes, we placed the order than received a call saying they couldn't. I asked for a manager and said since we already placed the order and my husband was on his way couldn't they honor it. The manager said no. We won't be back or recommend them to anyone.
We had ordered some seafood tempura meals along with sushi for take out only to find out some of our meals were missing all of the scallops as well as our take out order taking and hour and a half to wait on to begin with so why could that have been done right to begin with? Anyways, we had called up to Sake to ask to speak to a manager and the servers switched us between servers so we called back and this time thinking we had the manager to explain our situation only to rudely be hung up on. Favorite sushi in Pensacola ! Happy hour is amazing !!
I stopped by by myself on my way to an appointment, because of happy hour sign outside! I had 30 minutes before my appointment a block down the street, but ended up waiting 25 minutes for 2 rolls. The food was excellent, I would go back again if I had more time.
Love this place, food is always fresh.. The service is amazing.. The owners are wonderful ppl, and treat you like family..
