Worst doctor I’ve ever been to! He would not listen to anything I was telling him about MY body. He kept telling me I was “young” and that my problems would solve themself, and that I had time. I continued to lose pregnancies before switching to a new obgyn that actually listens. He does not spend time with you in the room, and rushes out to make time for other patients. I had a cyst since I was 19 years old diagnosed from the ER with “black stuff on ovaries”. Dr Sakbun monitored throughout the years. This year it decided to grow quickly & he got me in for surgery as quickly as he could. it came back borderline cancerous. if he wouldn’t of taken it out, i wouldn’t gotten ovarian cancer. he set me up with an ob in Indianapolis that specializes in cancer to even make sure i can be cleared from it. my healing process has been amazing despite my anxiety - this was my first surgery but him & his ... read more
Dr. S was my OBGYN for many years. I recently switched to his NP because I could get seen quicker. Dr. S was always pleasant and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and never made me feel uneducated.
He took his hands and stretched me from 8 cm dilated to 10 cm dilated. Why? Because he had plans to attend a game with his son and didn't want to be late. I had a fourth degree tear(worst tear possible) because of Dr. Sakbun. I had an 8 week recovery requiring prescription pain pills. I had to have reconstructive surgery 5 months later, resulting in another 6 weeks of recovery.
Okay let me start with this man literally saved my life. I was almost completely alone when it came to my pregnancy with my son and he literally every visit lifted my spirits. He actually talked me threw everything. He was patient and kind towards all my questions and concerns. He informed me of everything i could possibly imagine. I literally had my son at 1:30am and he woke up and rushed to Union just to deliever my son. The negative thing was being late i did have to wait to be examined later
I have never received such lack of care by any dr or staff. Bethany in the office is absolutely horrible! I went almost a month without notice from her that I had a tumor bigger than the size of my uterus. It took ME calling the office to get any information. I would not suggest seeing Dr Sakbun for any reason at all.
I went in to see the nurse practitioner there, Lisa, complaining of an ongoing problem I had been having. I have had multiple blood tests done elsewhere and all have come out to be normal but she insisted I still have my blood tested again. I pleaded with her and the nurses that if she is going to test my blood again, it needs to be a full and complete panel. Week later, results came back normal. What kind of panel? Of course just the regular. On my way out she just told me to go somewhere else.
I love Dr. SAKBUN he delivered my first baby and he will be delivering this baby as well he always makes sure I understand the routine and always answers every question I have I never have to wait so long to see him either which is awsome
Please do your research before choosing this office as your care provided. 3-5 minutes in the office with the dr, doesn't matter how far along you are he spends no more time with you. Never answers questions or addresses concerns. Never tries to build a patient/Doctor relationship. Seems far to busy to be bothered by it. Very disappointing!! Definitely would not recommend to anyone!! Ended up having to switch at the end of my pregnancy, per them since I questioned his disconnection from patients
