Such a cute bar. I used it as a pit stop but they have delicious smelling food too! I would def come back for a more in depth experience. I grabbed a sake shot on the way to another bar, it was reasonably priced and the bartender made was awesome and friendly.
This place is a breathe of fresh air compared to the other spots that have $20+ cocktails that are mediocre at best. Awesome drinks, fantastic food and excellent customer service. The intimate setting is perfect for a date night or hanging with some friends.
Good vibe! Stopped in last Saturday for a quick drink and will definitely be back. The Bartender was top notch, great service!
I love the happy hour here! I'm usually ordering their sweet and spicy chicken wings, yaki soba, maybe a sushi dog or hot dog, and a pitcher or two of Asahi lager and maybe some Sake High! This is a bar, but with small plates, so an Izakaya, not high-end. The atmosphere is appropriate: dim lighting, modern Japanese decor, and a 90s-00s era hip hop soundtrack. A lot of people come in for a drink or two before going downstairs to Hiroki-San, and maybe one day I'll do the same, but I'm not in a rush.
