Have been A fan of AIWA Products for over 30 years.... Supurb Sound Systems... smallest to the biggest ....All of their Products are Quality...👍🏾👍🏾 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Product did not last for a single use. Truly terrible customer service. It is so bad. Four months of emails with no progress just to be told that they no longer supported the product and wouldn't issue refund/credit/ replacement/similar product.

They just acquired Incipio. The phone cover case I purchased through Incipio had a 5 year warranty, purchased in June 2023. I reached out for a replacement per the warranty I was given at the time of my initial purchase but Sakar refuses to honor it through this acquisition.
