I ordered a Altec Lansing 10inch TV Streaming Boombox from QVC when I checked the boombox out , I found out the sound was cutting in and out . I contacted this company and they said to send it back ( they paid for the shipping it back ) and they would replace it with a upgraded one. I sent it in May 16,2026 and they received it on May 21, 2026. I am still waiting on the replacement. This is Robin Clark
I bought one of their Vivitar "waterproof" cameras for a long planned trip to the Galapagos. Snorkeling Day 2 - camera sprung a leak and died. Put a crimp in a 19 day very expensive trip for sure. Company would not refund my money. Offered to replace the camera. Sent it back to them over one month ago. They received it. I have been in touch with them twice since. Still no replacement.
