I bought one of their Vivitar "waterproof" cameras for a long planned trip to the Galapagos. Snorkeling Day 2 - camera sprung a leak and died. Put a crimp in a 19 day very expensive trip for sure. Company would not refund my money. Offered to replace the camera. Sent it back to them over one month ago. They received it. I have been in touch with them twice since. Still no replacement. Have been A fan of AIWA Products for over 30 years.... Supurb Sound Systems... smallest to the biggest ....All of their Products are Quality...👍🏾👍🏾 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Product did not last for a single use. Truly terrible customer service. It is so bad. Four months of emails with no progress just to be told that they no longer supported the product and wouldn't issue refund/credit/ replacement/similar product.
