Love the rolls and the chefs are always pleasant... However, EXTREMELY disappointed that they do not keep their hours. It is evident that staying open the hours that are posted on their window in the Ahwatukee location is not important. A "sorry, we are closing early" happens more often than their open hours posted....Way way more often than not... Very very sad.

Had not been to Ahwatukee location for few years, went last night. Squid salad was so good almost ordered another but the food came. All 3 Specialty rolls were awesome!! Will be back again soon!!
My husband and I have eaten at Sakana for over 12 years at the NW location and the Indian Bend location. The sushi used to be awesome and my absolute fav, but now all new staff and all new chef's. The sushi is now a disgusting waste of money and the new staff at the Indian bend location is actually offensive. Did Sakana get sold to a new owner? I do not recommend that anyone go to this restaurant.
Good food like always ,calamari salad is awesome! For the quality of sushi the best price .
I have been looking for my new Sushi place and I think I have finally found it.
Excellent food and service. Since the food so good the wait can be a little long. Well worth the wait.
