I love small portions, so you can try a lot more, and they have it! I would recommend the dinner all you can eat. There where things I wanted to try that you couldn't on lunch. Great for friends and family that don't like sushi too! Everyone can find something to eat if they don't like sushi and you do.
This is the best. I never went to a sushi place where you have all you can eat on the menu. I love the sushi, the sashimi, even the names on the rolls on the menu and the atmosphere in the restaurant. The cozy cool unique design, raw stone wall, wood, pallet look. I am from Orlando and I wish we had such a place there. I wouldn't have found the place on my own but our son who lives in Las Vegas showed me where to go!
First time to Sakana!! Excellent! ! Very high quality sushi and prompt service. A Vegas must!!!

Spent the last 5 years in Hawaii and expected to be let down by the sushi out here. After trying multiple different all you can eat sushi joints, (including yama across street), I had all but given up on finding the quality I had grown so accustom to. Then came Sakana!
