Rude and unproffesional – I would avoid using this insurance company. Very unprofessional service. I called to verify coverage of a condo policy and after being told they did not carry the policy I asked another question, the lady said she did not care and hung up the phone. I wouldn't want my clients treated like this. AVOID THEM!
