I was really hoping the poor experience I received was just a one time occurance. I found that my thyroid mediciane was very hard to get from manufacturer. When I needed refills, they only gave me 3 mos refills and I caught myself short of medicine when going to pharmacy. My levels have not changed in two years, so no changes would prompt frequent visits. They do not take phone calls or emails when it comes to questions about medications. Best experience I have ever had with any doctors office!
The front desk staff forgot to give the suggested medication. Didn't give me my follow up appointment. Didn't call me the next day to schedule it, as I was told they would do. Not very happy
They owe me money from the year 2014 in the amount of credit to me $69 or $79 that I have not yet to receive I called and they reneged on paying me gave me some lame excuse it was not their money
