you should never seat Walk-ins ahead of someone with reservations. Thank goodness our waitress got our meal delivered quickly and we could make our next appt.

You treated my friend absolutely horrible on her birthday. You sent her a coupon and then wouldn't let her use it with your other specials of the day. This is a poor business model over and over again.
