I was referred to Dr Ismail after a visit to the emergency room in the middle of the night with severe pelvic pain. The ER doctor thought I had diverticulitis but it turned out I had something called Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. It's not something that I had ever heard of and after seeing Dr Ismail he explained to me that you don't see it a lot, but mine was significant enough to show up on a CT scan. Keep AWAY from this place!!!! I asked what my providers credentials were and they responded with "he's a provider?" I waited 45 mins wasn't introduced properly to anyone I spoke too and the guy that did the ultrasound copped an attitude because I said I would rather explain my issue to the Dr than twice. Another guy came in with scrubs said his name (can't remember) and rushed me through what was GOING to happen, I didn't apparently get options at all for what I preferred. I still have no idea
