The first time I got my hair done at this shop I called and spoke with Jeannette and she was the stylist who braided my hair. The second time I made an appointment, I spoke with Jeannette and set up an appointment for Jeannette to braid my hair medium twist shoulder length. When I got to the shop Jeannette was already braiding another clients hair. She referred me to another braider who started braiding/twisting my hair the size I paid for. Whew, where should I start??? So I went to get Knotless braids which was $280 for waist length. The braided braids a few braids that were triangular parts and displayed them to me and asked “is this size you want.” I said yes which were small/medium. Once she starts on my side o & front I see the braids are no longer the braids requested from the display of the back of the braids she had done. So I inform the lady, these braids are too big. The hair dresser is ignorant as you can be. she takes up multiple parking spots, she’s rude, and I’ve seen many clients leave arguing with her or very angrily with half done hair. If you want to come interact with a rude ignorant woman who has no education this is the place for you.
POV: Yesterday was my First Time at this shop, in the pass I discovered it while looking for a shop. I should have followed my first mind and not went to that shop. I originally had an appointment at 9:10am. I sat there for two hours waiting for the owner (JEANETTE ) to show which she never did.
