Bad customer service
She did my Daughter's hair Beautiful in knotless braids
I usually go to this place to get knotless braids and i never had a bad experience till now. I went as a walk in and ask the lady for kinky twist. Everything was fine untill the end of the appointment. I noticed that she was cutting a little high while cleaning the twist. I let it go thinking maybe i was over thinking. Fast forward to now, im taking out the twist and my hair is falling out. She cut my hair....Im so upset
