The doctor is okay but insurance processing is absolutely fraudulent. Do not pay for services upfront as they will force you to because they not only collected thousands from me, but also got reimbursed by my insurance and are refusing to credit me the payments I made. I have been battling this with them for 8 months now and have failed to recover a single penny from his office.
Dr. Nair is AWESOME! He takes the time to explain everything before and after surgery. Very kind and an excellent surgeon…he truly cares about his patients.
I’ve seen at least 11 doctors in the last 6 years since my back injury. Dr Nair was hands down the best and most authentic Doctor/Surgeon that I met with. I was actually thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and his honesty for how long my discs will keep going without surgery. He went into some pretty serious detail and reviewed my MRI carefully. Coupled with this, the two girls up front were very polite and efficient at their jobs. I’ll definitely be returning.
Dr Nair took me as a patient thru a VA program. He treated me with the utmost concern and care from the first day.( I have a tattoo on my shoulder area that means alot, without asking, he did the incisions with the utmost care) He sat down before and after and explained everything that he was doing and what he did. My shoulder is way better and with Therapy will be good as new, well new for an 81 yr.old..Great Doctor and Staff..
I must tell everyone! I've had this God awful pain in my left thigh for two years at least and my old doc wasn't doing anything but giving me pills, Dr. Nair knew exactly what was wrong with me as soon as I explained my pain. He ordered an MRI and xrays which did show my problem he knew of, I've been to 5 other doctors and none have done a single thing other than order me bloodwork. It's been a nightmare living with this pain, turns out I need a hip replacement and I'm only 44. Just have to decide now when to have this proce... read more
