Immediately after walking in the employee says to my two year-old daughter and I not to touch anything as everything is breakable. Very welcoming. We are watching our kid and our kid was just smelling it. We were interesting in purchasing. Definitely not gonna do any business here though. Some of these people in customer service need to work on their customer service.
