I would not hire Saiz construction again and do not recommend him for any job. If you choose to hire him, make sure your contract is tight and protects you. From day one, Saiz was argumentative and didn't want to do the work. The product he produced is not quality so beware. I also recommend that people check with previous clients and review the work that he has done for them and their experience with him.
