If you like great customer service or even mediocre customer care, don't go here. The doctors are fine, but the staff is atrocious. Completely incompetent. The easiest and most basic of patient care, such as refills, return phone calls are ignored. My pharmacy even hates to contact them for refills. It takes about 2 weeks if you're lucky. Save yourself the headache.
