Appreciate they allow a visitor for a patient but compared to Covid visitation policies at other area hospitals there’s is horrible. To only allow one designated visitor for the duration of a patient’s entire stay is ridiculous and an undo burden on that family member and the patient. Most places allow 1 visitor at a time but not just one for ever. This should change to be more in line with hospitals like Lahey and others.
RecommendedThe medical daycare unit is a very pleasant experience. I've never had any luck in the emergency room you always feel like your just about to walk out when they finally call your name. Most of this hospital works very hard at keeping patients safe heathy and relatively content. The new Doctors have no bedside manner and are clueless where they come from!! Where are our real Doctors that are theral and take the time for each patient. then they ask you what you think they should do

It was very busy today and I was in a lot of pain the triage nurse was very sympathetic and he got me in and medicated me as soon as he could and the doc came right out got the scan and sent me home
I called made an appointment for a mammogram, they gave me Saturday at 3:00, I showed up at 10 minutes early & I'm now being told I never had an appointment, here or at the main campus!!!! Seriously, I am so pissed off right now!!! No one wants to drive 45 minutes each way for nothing but getting attitude from a secretary !!!! Lowell General, you need to know that there's plenty of other hospitals, like the one that's 2 miles from my house!!! Saints use to be the best in this whole area, Lowell General has destroyed you!!!!

What's going on with this place ? The consumer pays all this money for health insurance and you have to wait 3-5 hours in the emergency room to see a doctor ... Isn't it an emergency room ? If I was gonna have to wait a half a day I would just wait to go and see my own doctor .... Guess you don't know what emergency means ... Take my money and give me shitty service and sub par health care .... As a consumer we shouldn't have to pay for this if this is the service you get , I mean would you tip your waitress if she sucked an... read more
