DO NOT go see Christy Niehues. She was very sassy and dismissive of what I was telling her about my situation. I came in with an infected cyst that she insisted was “just irritated”. Well since she didn’t believe me about the symptoms I was experiencing, I had to have an emergency irrigation and debridement, but only after another week of extreme pain, discomfort, and increasing swelling and redness. I guess she doesn’t have much experience with or compassion for patients who have urgent matters.
Katie is so great! She makes me feel completely comfortable asking any questions I have. She is thorough and professional, as well as very personable.
Whoever they have answering the phones is very unprofessional and not very helpful. I had previously gone to this location and not had any issues, but the provider I was seeing apparently left. Was just trying to set up an appointment with a new provider. Seems like it should have been a routine thing.
In and out didnt waste my time or money with unnecessary procedure for my son.
