We hade a wonderful time on our first trip to Saints and Sinners! The crawfish was amazing!!! My son loved the alligator tails! The staff was very nice and an all around JOB WELL DONE!!!
Okay so we called before we went there on a Friday night. The girl that answered the phone said we no longer make reservations but we could easily get in or at worst sit at the bar. We arrived there and the girl cooking crawfish said we have no reservations left but we could take crayfish to go. I was pretty pissed and I pushed the issue and we were seated at the bar. The staff was very rude to me and my service dog!
Very rude staff!! Not friendly to service dogs. My sister was cussed out by a staff member and refused to let her go in. Major disappointment.
Amazing!!! Best food we have had in New Orleans. Our waitress Allison was very pleasant and attentive. And the manager on duty also approached us to get feedback. We only have one more day here and will be going back for more. The food presentation was very appealing. My thanks to the kitchen staff for serving up a delicious meal!
