David - There are not enough words to describe how AWESOME David is. My boyfriend and I were visiting during our spring break and he accommodated us with great service and conversation and he even gave us a little tour of the VIP area after we finished dining for lunch! Thank you again David for the VIP tickets as well. We were able to head up to the VIP area during our last Friday night and got a couple of drinks. Thank you again David! You know how to serve and entertain your customers! <3
My food was inedible, I got a biscuit hard as a rock, like I truly couldn’t even eat it. My crawfish etouffee was so spicy (I eat spicy ) that I had 3 bites and had to stop My friends food were amazing, I just had a bad experience Also bartender on top floor was rude. I was truly sad because I was super excited to eat here, maybe I should’ve order pasta but living in Texas I was really missing some good crawfish etouffee and this was not what I was expecting Maybe adding rice instead of a hard biscuit would’ve helped

Daniela: what day and about what time did you visit our restaurant? Did a manager stop by your table to see how things were? Do you know who the bartender was or can you describe this person? Please feel free to email me at michele@sandsnola.com. We are terribly sorry that you had a less than pleasant experience.
We had a very good time. My classmate had her 50th bday party dinner on the second floor. The bartender was awesome he said he was the whiteboy with cornrows.
It was great.had shrimp & grits. Loved it..service was wonderful and they checked on us often..manager thanked us as we left..we will be back
We were here on Fat Tuesday this year (2/13/18. This was also my friends birthday and this is where she wanted to go. The manager I think his name was David was our bartender and our waiter. He was great. My husband and I are not big drinkers however, he came up with a drink my husband and I liked. We ordered the shrimp poboy, catfish poboy and the mac and cheese balls and shared them between us all. The mac and cheese balls were the absolute best I have ever had anywhere and the shrimp poboy had great flavor. The only down ... read more
Drinks great, staff rudest waitress/waiter staff I’ve ever had. Crawfish was great however other meals was very very salty.
Business response:
Hi Robert N Carmen- I do apologize that your recent visit was not up to par with your expectations. If I may ask, do you remember the time of day/what day you were in on, what the bartender looked like, etc so that we can get with this individual to make sure that he/she is giving the proper service? Please feel free to private message me with your feedback. Joe Palmer General Manager Saints and Sinners
Great place to relax and enjoy a beer, good music, good atmosphere, love the decor
The food was amazing, however the employees and atmosphere were horrible, the inside could use some major renovations, the curtains had holes and falling apart, walls chipping, and the bathrooms were disgusting.
Crawfish boil is amazing! Gator bites, Mac n Cheese balls, chicken wings etc nothing disappoints
