Shawn came out right away to fix a crack in my windshield. He was very prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything about my particular situation and expressed concern, but insisted on trying to fix not knowing the outcome. He was very open and honest about that. Honestly, after seeing the crack upclose, I wouldn't have bothered to try. It was at the top edge, the rock hit about a half inch down. It created a Y with the tail running down.
