If you can avoid this practice please do Dr Khan once told me I had MS I moved to a new state got tested and no MS the staff will not return calls they leave u on hold for hours and are never available when you need an appointment urgently
Worst place to be at, the staff is not trained and must be trained enough before they can deal with the patients. Also they should consider other's time and acknowledge it. What is the purpose of making an appointments online if the physician cant been seen. It has more than 2 to 3 months before being seeing by a primary care but no help, they should patients health seriously. As being a veteran and seeing Military Physicians its is the worst experience now outside in civilian World, specially with Saints Vincent Shrewebury ... read more
My first visit with this practice, I was very nervous going in but had a wonderful experience. Michelle was genuinely compassionate and comforting. A gem of a woman. Dr. Larrabee was so kind and understanding. Thank you St Vincent's staff 🫶🏻
