I’m extremely frustrated with the fact that I can never get an appointment. I’m ready to change my doctor at this point.
Cancelled my appointment after waiting almost 8 months just to get a vusit. First they rescheduled my appointment without even notifying me then a few months later after I’m STILL WAITING. They cancelled my appointment a month before. Wasted 8 months to get no where now I have to find a new primary care and probably wait again a few months to be seen.
Not happy with my doctor. She donr even want you to ask questions. Very bad :(
This place is an absolute dumpster fire. I scheduled a referral after weeks of back-and-forth, they confirmed the appointment, then cancelled the day before with zero explanation. When I called, no one could tell me why; just shrug-and-reschedule nonsense. They first tried to shove me into “next week” (which didn’t work), then offered December as the next available option. I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel like I have to say something to warn people. First, I want to say, that the medical professionals (doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses) have all been professional and knowledgable. Also, I understand that this office is probably very understaffed, so I do not blame any of the front desk staff directly for their issues.
