My insurance changed and no longer covered my primary here. So I called trying to see if I could change doctors, if maybe one of them would be covered by my insurance. Was told they would look into who accepts my insurance and getting me scheduled. Today, I got a call saying they can’t change my doctor and I’d have to go to my primary that isn’t covered. So now it’s been 5 months of looking and no primary can be found. I need to go soon and I can’t find anyone who will accept my insurance outside of this too. So sad
I have to post about how wonderful the staff is! The front desk ladies have been prompt and helpful;) The medical assistant is so kind, sweet and makes you feel so much better! Dr. Karissa Burd is amazing! I haven’t had a physical is a VERY long time and not once did she make me feel guilty. In fact, she is so through, efficient, extremely easy to talk to, and overall is one of the kindest practitioners I have met! I’m so lucky she is my PCP, she is a gem! Also, the phlebotomist is phenomenal, incredible at what she does:)
Not sure what these negative jokers are talking about, but this location is absolutely fantastic. Dr Burd and her medical assistant take care of their patients, and the apt was fast and efficient. The phlebotomist in the lab is AMAZINGLY good at what she does!
Excellent care and staff!! I am a patient here. This is a busy practice with a lot of patients. With the shortage of Primary Care Doctors in Massachusetts, all of us patients need to HAVE PATIENCE and politeness with our caring smart dedicated nurses, doctors and their receptionists.
