Staff is friendly and I was able to check in ahead online-I am not sure if I got in any quicker as it wasn’t busy when I went during the day on a Friday. Everyone I encountered was great and helpful and I was seen quickly after taken back to a room.
Walked in 40 minutes before closing for an x ray on my foot. She told me hold on a minute. Then she went to the back, came out one second later and said they were at capacity. There were no patients in the waiting room and hardly any cars in the parking lot. She said go down the street they are open until 7pm. I said can they do x rays. She said I don't know come back tomorrow. Not only is this unethical bur should be illegal to refuse medical care just because they want to get out of work early. The most efficient and helpful medical experience I've pretty much ever had. Very friendly staff, information moved super quickly, and they didn't make me sit with a UTI for four days (like they did at UPMC) - I had a prescription called in within 20 minutes of arriving.
I was turned away bc they claimed the rooms were max capacity! I won’t be back!!
