Went in a couple months ago with a very slight cough because my boyfriend got sent home from work, and I wanted to get ahead of it. This little old lady forced me to get four tests done (fine, i know we aren't positive which one), and then a CHEST XRAY??? I had coughed a total of like 8 times at this point and I ended up having to pay over 250 dollars post insurance just for a piece of paper that says I am sick. Will not be returning. I’d recommend seeking care elsewhere. The front desk woman who checked us in was unfriendly. Likely was having a bad day.. but then the medical assistant who brought us back did not tell me my child’s vital signs. I had to ask what they were, which she still didn’t tell me all of them. Then she told me completely different numbers than what she typed in & what showed on the after visit summary… She also was using her stethoscope backwards & I watched her take my child’s blood pressure wrong. I am extremely disappointed with the care my son received at this Express Care location. We visited on Tuesday, and he was diagnosed with RSV and pneumonia. A few minutes later, they changed the diagnosis to flu and pneumonia and prescribed two medications. Initially, his symptoms improved, but then worsened, so I called the clinic to ask if we should return. The staff was unhelpful in giving any advice or information both at the exam and on the phone.
