Staff were excellent for my surgery but beware of the billing. I received an estimate for my surgery by phone of $555 but 6 weeks later received a bill for almost $1500. When I called to question the large difference I was told that the original estimate could not be found so there was nothing they could do.
My experience at this place could not have been worse. 0 stars for care. If you care about your health or your loved ones health go literally anywhere else but this dangerous place. I'll never be the same after what they did to me.
If there were minus stars I would give a minus 5. Brought my son into the ER for a bad injured finger. They took his Medicaid and assured he will be covered. The visit lasted five minutes (real time!!!) after one hour + waiting, did nothing to his finger, had to medicate his dying skin myself at home. I received an unexpected bill for $701 as Medicaid did not cover it. Please, stay away from this ER. Absolutely unprofessional liars.
