I had to take my mom to the ER and we're not from NM. From the time we entered the ER until the time she was discharged a day and a half later, we were served with such friendliness and great care. The ER nurse, Cynthia and ER doctor, Dr. Singer, were fabulous. Once she got admitted for observation, 3rd floor nurses, Karen and Rolly, took good care of her. She also had a sitter for the night. I did not catch that person's name, but she was also lovely.

My experience at this place could not have been worse. 0 stars for care. If you care about your health or your loved ones health go literally anywhere else but here

Apparently an active allergic reaction, being covered in hives, losing consciousness, vomiting and having a wife half carry her husband into the ER isn't urgent enough to be recognized in the ER waiting room. Several other patients came in and were called back while we sat freezing and being ignored. The reaction finally subsided and he became coherent enough to be tired of waiting. We left without being seen and figured if we have to return later via ambulance, then maybe they'll have to pay attention to us. Especially sinc... read more
