I had an exceptionally positive experience at the ER of Saint Vincent this morning. The RN triage nurse Juan Gonzalez, Dr. Reuven Singer who provided me with beyond professional treatment, and the registration clerk Jenn Squires - they all went above and beyond. I could not have asked for more at a time of need. A big thank you for all that you are doing for the community.
So I went in for an appointment with infusion . They couldn't work me in at all. They told me that I would have to wait . It was terrible. This isn't an extra thing , it's keeping me alive. I ended up at urgent care and than the ER. Bc they allowed me to go without life saving treatments that keep me alive. Do not Go Here!!!!!!!!!
Numerous bad experiences over the years. They discharged a friend of mine with a clean bill of health, even though he was having heart problems and luckily he was in Los Angeles two weeks later when he had a heart attack, the Los Angeles hospital was worlds better but St V never should’ve discharged him. Another time there was an ER visit supposedly covered by insurance that ended up over $2000 in fees.
