Everyone was so nice to us last night. The wait was long but when they realize my daughter was at high fever they bumped us up. We are thankful for them especially on a holiday. Thank you bc you are appreciated.
There good and nice the best place
bn sitting here for over an hour to have my son's bandages cleaned and changed. the nurses are at the desk video chatting and talking about how they bought 40 nuggets at Burger King. they are not willing to do anything.
This was the absolute worst ER experience I’ve ever encountered. My husband was taken there after an accident today...after being there for 2 hours I finally cleaned his head, neck, and chest from all of the dried blood. There was no real “physical exam” done. The ER physician asked where he was hurting and sent him for X-rays. Never laid a hand on him! Multiple times nurses and aids walked into the room for random things without knocking or offering explanation. Finally after 4 hours I had to ask for someone to get him some... read more
Worse experience the staff in the ER just stand around like they don’t have anything to do while someone pushes their call button for a nurse and she’s running around crazy..... I literally hate coming here it gets worse and worse.
Great doctors and nurses. Great Hospital....they have made my 2 stays the best I could ask for.
They are the most caring nurses and very respectful to family members
I will never send any member of my family to this hospital! I have never experienced anything like what happened today with my grandfather. First, you discharge a 78 year old patient at 9:45 at night after the family, that is very present, goes home for the night. Then, you decide to send him to an assisted living facility WITHOUT consulting or notifying the family. I am done with St Thomas Health and Ascension! I will gladly drive the additional 40 minutes to Vanderbilt.
