Called because I have a welfare concern about someone close to me who has gone missing. Got the run around 4 times before I finally got a supervisor. "Manager" lady wanted to talk down to me over my irritation. Once that was settled, I told her the issue, my friend is missing, and last I knew she worked there. Manager replied "well idk who that is but I know who you are *and proceeded to recite my name and address*....
