I used to have great experiences here until they implemented their web based reservation system District Medical. There is no discussing with an internet reservation form. There is no empathy. When you call them, you get someone from District Medical who treats you with sub-par customer service, repeating the same line over and over: Veuillez vous référer au système que nous avons créé. There is no option to speak to a human about human issues. I get it. This is progress.
Poor communication with receptionist, with pharmacists. My Doctor won't listen to my needs or thoughts on my chronic pain. She has not sent refills on time, so there have been instances where I have to go a day or two with withdrawals. She has my meds take as needed but with 3x a day for 24/7 pain so I constantly have the weigh my pain severity to take a pill to help reduce pain. Une des pire clinique que je suis aller. Juste avoir la ligne prends plusieurs minutes ou heure et ils ne font pas leur suivis. Si vous voulez un bon service vous êres mieux d’aller ailleur.
