I've been with this pediatrician office for almost 4 years, it was great in the beginning, both my kids have seen them since birth, but ever since COVID it's like they can't keep their appointments organized, I've driven 30 minutes just to show up and have them tell me it's been rescheduled, yet no one told me, or they'd cancel without telling me.
