If you happen to go to the ER and see any other doctor than Van Zyl, you're in for a very lengthy wait. The ER nurses never check on you or update you. Your left for hours wondering if they even know your still there? Go elsewhere if you can.
I have been sitting here waiting for five hours now, hopefully my turn is soon. Don't come here unless you absolutely have to.
I shared my story with the staff of what happened to me and they called the police on me then I got sent to a psych ward for a month, im very angry at the injustice that was done to me there I don't know what to do about it
Was in the Emerg Dept on Dec 23, the nurses, admitting clerk and Dr were absolutely amazing. They offered and gave excellent care.
I have a serious case of strep throat, I told the front staff, a nurse and the doctor that I am allergic to Penicillin. No one wrote it down, and I figured I got to the doctors a few times a year maybe its already on a piece of paper. NOPE, I go to get my prescription filled and the pharmacist tells me I cant have it, I have to wait for the Doctor to change the prescription, that was yesterday, if the doctor doesn't do it today I gave to wait until after the weekend to even get some relief.
