The receptionist is super reluctant to schedule new patients and directs potential patients to see other non-ID providers outside of this clinic (she gave excuses of far out scheduling and told to see a GP instead). This position shouldn't be giving out medical instructions like this, especially if she isn't familiar with ID conditions.
