I really want to give a good review: the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the office has a friendly atmosphere. However, there is only one doctor, and he is incredibly overworked and never available. He doesn't spend enough time to truly understand the problem, probably because he can't, and it is borderline impossible to actually talk to him without an appointment. Called to get 1st appt. with a provider my insurer ASSIGNED TO ME. The customer service agent, needed me to annunciate my name & member ID 3 TIMES, yet somehow could not find it. Told me to call back tomorrow. OR they could have said, its too late for us to finish the intake process, let's do it tomorrow when we open so there is enough time. Instead she blamed the "system for not finding me" OR I could have Providence FIND ME A NEW PROVIDER. That is NOT appropriate help for someone seeking medical. This place should be asham... read more
Very professional and helpful. When you call you get a real person who answers! I love our provider and the way he always makes you comfortable and he's easy to talk to.
