I'm usually fine with waiting 20-30 minutes past my initial appointment to be seen, that's the norm at a teaching hospital in a big city. However, if you are chronically ill but present as able-bodied, be prepared to be ignored and gaslit. The residents here have repeatedly shown they are more interested in flexing their newly acquired medical knowledge instead of hearing and respecting their patients. I will no longer be going here for any of my medical needs.
