Do NOT use telephone consultation! I had tried to make an office appointment for an issue I was having. They were booked and suggested a phone consultation. Against my better jugement, I agreed. I had a scheduled call at 3:00. At 3:30 I called the office to see if this delay was normal. I was told they would contact the nurse practitioner. At 3:48 I received a call as I was driving. This facility has forgotten the CARE part of patient care. There's no sense of urgency in following up with phone calls and test results.

Ever since Dr Ruth Licht left the place is going downhill. I called four or five times to the office because I had physical therapy and was not completely better and wanted to know what the next step was and the girls at the office were sending emails to Rasmussen and never got a response.!!!!!

It’s pretty bad when you’re sick and can never get an appointment. They say we only have a virtual or phone appointment how are you going to diagnose a patient who is unable to talk due to possible strep or laryngitis’s over the phone and instead tells them to go to the urgent care. This is an ongoing issue with this place you can never get an appointment when your sick and certain insurance charge a lot for going to an urgent center.
