Everyone is friendly and ready to help as soon as you walk up to the counter. Never a long wait for anything
I had my first appt at this office this week. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The nurse who gathered my vitals was also friendly. Dr Suchorab was wonderful. She asked me lots of questions and made me feel heard. She ordered a few tests for me right of the bat that I would have had to beg my old Dr to do. I work in customer service and always bite my tongue in most unpleasant situations however, I feel like I was scammed by the physical therapy department at this establishment. I injured my elbow but it was not bad enough for me to seek professional help if the price was too high. I am otherwise healthy and knew that if I took it easy it would eventually heal. Do NOT use telephone consultation! I had tried to make an office appointment for an issue I was having. They were booked and suggested a phone consultation. Against my better jugement, I agreed. I had a scheduled call at 3:00. At 3:30 I called the office to see if this delay was normal. I was told they would contact the nurse practitioner. At 3:48 I received a call as I was driving. I answered, stated I was driving and would be home in 10 minutes. I was told "Perfect, I am driving also and will call then". At around 4:45, I ... read more
