Winter assumes you are a drug seeker without even speaking to you. I was taking Tramadol and had been changed to another med by my MD, shortly after I had gotten a refill on it, that made taking the Tramadol not approved. Front desk staff stated one price, charged almost 3 times that amount. I called several times to make sure the costs. All I needed was a sick note and I stated that clearly and was assured. Ansley changed my insurance code as a first time patient and gave me none of the benefits. No tests, ZIP. When I questioned the bill I was put into a spiral of call this person, call that person. OVER Charged me for services after verbally quoting me differently and reported it to the credit bureau agencies. All I needed was a doctors note. My "new" NP's office staff quoted me 88.00 ( I gave them all of my insurance information which they took and gave the quote), than later backtracked after I received this bill. I called the NP's office, she would not speak to me. I clearly asked what the cost would be before this visit, was quoted 80.00 and then found out later that they charged me as a first time visit. This rating is NOT for Ainsley. I am a patient of Ryan Aiazzi, APNP at the Saint Mary's Double R office. Ryan is the best. He has been more attentive and professionally courteous than any of my previous physicians. I really feel he is invested in keeping me whole and healthy. His nurse assistant, Maureen, is also professional and responsive. A really good team.
