My name is Ada. I am the patient. My husband is Brent. We have had excellent service with my treatment on palliative care with Jessica Diefenbach. Jessica is thorough in treatment, explanation and followup. We call her our Visiting Angel as I am in stage 4 of a very rare cancer. I am mobile and manage to get around with the help of Jessica providing me comfort and advice to keep me going. We are so thankful for Saint Mary's of Northern Nevada for providing this excellent service.
Truly a 5-star group of people who've supported my mom and stepdad through both of their hospice and death experiences. Recently had a friend diagnosed with some terminal issues while at Sierra Medical Hospital. St Mary's Hospice was able to get her approved for hospice care without having to move her out of the hospital which was a huge relief for my friend. She passed a few days ago in what I believe was a comfortable and painless manner. Our St Mary's Case Manager, Nicole B, was amazing and kept in touch with us the entire time, responded to our needs 24/7 and provided whatever was needed for our friend. This company is horrible I worked with them briefly before I was injured and when the brought me back let me work 4 days then took all but 21.00 of my paycheck without telling me then fired me 3 days later
