I went to St Mary’s ER. I was attended too immediately. Nurses very professional. Highly recommend
Had a bad toothache while on vacation. Couldn’t see my dentist til I got back to Spokane. Dr told me she’d give my hydrocodone for pain, like a normal dr would. An hour goes by without discharge paperwork. I knew something was fishy. They changed my medicine to ultram, which is arthritis medicine. What a sorry joke. God loves me better than that, so lo and behold the next day I was given 30mg oxys (tiny blue ones) by an uber driver! This hospital owes me an apology, as well as the taxpayers who pay the bill for my insurance.... read more
I went to this ER and told them I was suicidal. They brought me back, gave me a Xanax, I fell asleep. The next thing I knew my bags were next to my bed and was told the psychiatrist said I was good to go. I said I could barely talk to him because I was so confused and sleepy, I don't even know what was said. Why would a psych talk to a suicidal patient in that condition. Good job St Mary's psych. I went to the emergency room last night with the worst kidney stone i ever had and from the paramedics to the nurses i was treated with such kindness and compassion. Tessa is such a beautiful sweet nurse she held my hand and was the kindest nurse ever! this hospital recently took care of my mom and the same compassionate and beautiful treatment was given. the wait is never long to get in .
