I am not recommending this hospital for many reasons. Poor quality of care, poor quality of staff, restrictions on visitors, restrictions on the number of days a week for visiting hours, but free parking across the street. You will see why people prefer to go to big name hospitals like Northwestern or UChicago. Please do better. This is patient care. Every interaction counts.

My very first 30 BH evaluation I was prescribed 3 medications. I repeatedly told the "Doctor" that I had used 2 of the meds before. One did not work for me and the other gave me an allergic reaction. She ended the session and proceeded to send the medication to the pharmacy. I called to report her and soon after I received an alert from my pharmacy saying the the prescription was removed. Why didn't she remove it when I told her I was allergic? Why did I have to call to make a complaint and why am I left with no resolution? ... read more

Issues need to be addressed I feel it’s very disrespectful for any worker to be rude when it comes to patients my nephew came to the emergency room due to him having complications time was around 1:40 in the morning on Saturday there was a Hispanic lady who was giving my nephew such a very hard time when checking him in , mistreating him I want to know who is she and I will be reaching out to higher up he is a minor and to treat him like he is not human giving him a hard time due to complications with him being shot , I real... read more

I brought my wife to the ER and was told the staff would call me when the doctors saw her and had an update. Her phone was dead, they didn’t want to give her a charger, and I had to leave because I was the only person who could take care of our son. Later that night, without a single call from anyone, my wife was transferred to this hospital and placed in their psych unit. Nobody informed me no call, no update, nothing. My family and I had the worst experience with this hospital staff recently. My relative who is diagnosed with MS was sent here after having a seizure. Within 3 hours they discharged him with no observation follow up. The staff didn’t even have the professionalism to properly dress him or help us transport him into our car. Once we got home, he relapsed again (In our garage) and I had to call paramedics again due to the poor care that was given at this facility. If you care about someone don’t send them here.
