I had never been to St. Mary’s before and I have to say that I was very happy with my first experience there. From the convenient parking, welcoming lobby staff, courteous and streamlined check-in process, and especially the radiology technician who performed my MRI procedure, everything was five-star for me. I am not recommending this hospital for many reasons. Poor quality of care, poor quality of staff, restrictions on visitors, restrictions on the number of days a week for visiting hours, but free parking across the street. You will see why people prefer to go to big name hospitals like Northwestern or UChicago. Please do better. This is patient care. Every interaction counts.

Patrick the attending Was nice polite, very knowledgeable explaining everything to me step by step made me feel at ease, I did this sleep study before years ago I got there early filled out papers, was in bed by 911pm asleep before 1030pm. I woke up like 330am or 347am to use the washroom that's where I struggled to go back 2 sleep I gave up like 430am or 438am Patrick again very nice removed all devices etc, I filled out papers before I left. My very first 30 BH evaluation I was prescribed 3 medications. I repeatedly told the "Doctor" that I had used 2 of the meds before. One did not work for me and the other gave me an allergic reaction. She ended the session and proceeded to send the medication to the pharmacy. I called to report her and soon after I received an alert from my pharmacy saying the the prescription was removed. Why didn't she remove it when I told her I was allergic? Why did I have to call to make a complaint and why am I left with no resolution? ... read more

I had visited an urgent care facility earlier in the day for an allergic reaction and did not receive much relief. I broke out in hives and decided to go to St Mary’s for medical attention. The triage nurse was efficient and thorough and flagged my condition for immediate care. The staff were also quick to respond and gave me relief from my allergic reaction
