Please think twice before choosing this hospital. Don’t just take my word for it—look at the other reviews. There's a consistent issue, and unfortunately, I experienced it firsthand. Adrienne Lewis, who works at the front desk, should not be the first person patients and families encounter. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Urology department Dr. Higgins is the best urologist had to have an operation done. She did a phenomenal job. If you need a urologist, she is definitely the one to go to. Explaining the procedure, everything that needed to be done very thorough.
Quite possibly the worst hospital to go to if you’re in an emergency. They don’t care what your pain level is. No matter the time or date you walk in they tell you they have no beds available in the ER. Soooo no bed means no treatment. After I was triaged they put me back in the waiting room for over 2 hours . Not a single person in the waiting room at all/ just me. And the front desk lady tries to make me feel bad and say well earlier today someone waited 11 hours …. I’m filing a formal complaint first thing in the morning.... read more
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came in for thyroid surgery this week, and every single person throughout the process was helpful, considerate, patient, and put me at ease. My surgical team (Dr. Thompson, Sarah, James) was exceptional, explained every step, and answered all my questions. Nurses (Jodi, Rebecca) were attentive, super personable, and took great care of me. I came in so nervous for my procedure, and I left feeling so well taken care of. So thankful I was sent here!
