Incredibly difficult to work with this company
From check in to leaving everyone was amazing! I had no wait time and it was procedure then allowing approx 10 minutes for result to be read followed by next and then 10 minutes. In and out in about 40 minutes. The technicians were very kind ...this will be my go to location for any further imaging.
I have currently been waiting 25+ minutes for my mammogram to start. It will be a 7 minute procedure. They are down a room, down on tech, probably an hour behind and no one bothered to tell me until I’d waited, shirtless, for 20 minutes. I’m about to have to leave to get the kids because I thought this would be an efficient process. I will have to come back to get my first mammogram. I’m already nervous about it due to my family history; this does not encourage me to get another mammogram here, like at all. So disappointed. ... read more
I would highly recommend that the LGBTQIA+ community stay away from this center! I had a terrible experience this week going in for imaging. They need to have D.E.I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) training along with being trauma informed. The staff was consistently misgendering my advocate, even after being informed, and told me that it was their standard procedure to not allow patient advocates to accompany the patient.
