Two appointments at the office, two times the nurse I was supposed to see wasn’t even at the office. No calls, no communication. At least at the second appointment I found out she was gone right away, and didn’t sit for 45 minutes like the first time. A complete waste of time and effort only to be told my now third attempt at an appointment could be virtual. This office seems to be a mess.
