Lady at the ER intake/triage desk was HORRIBLE. She rolled her eyes when we told her why we were there, and acted like she was the one in agonizing pain. Not a welcoming experience at all! Nurses in the ER were a blessing. But we had a sour taste in our mouths the entire time after the experience with check-in. We will be going do a hospital further from home next time we need care.

Dr. Ryan McNellis and the entire staff of nurses and techs were amazing with my mother during her stay. I cannot say enough good about this hospital.

I have never experienced an emergency room this dirty and unprofessional. I was placed in a hallway where there were bugs crawling on the ceiling. When I used the restroom, it was completely unsanitary—there was vomit, diarrhea, and urine everywhere, and it looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. If you come to this ER room watch out for certain doctors and nurses. If you refuse a medication you know you can't have or lidocaine patches you know do not work they will make it seem like your being discharged with reg. Discharge papers but then say your AMA. If you know what meds you can take or not take then that should be enough to leave no one says your AMA. you cannot get a ride with Medicaid when they do that. So because of that and I did not want the x rays done they discharged me or so I thought. Will never ever g... read more

I love this hospital. Truly. Come here for everything. So, I thought it would be a great place to deliver a baby. Baby is healthy so that’s what’s important, but I went through a lot of unnecessary pain. While getting the epidural, she punctured my spinal cord. We didn’t know it at the time. I did realize the medication was not working though, but the staff did nothing about it and made me feel like I was overreacting. I was also vomiting a lot because of this. Through the entire delivery, the staff did not comfort me. It fe... read more
