Disgusting service whoever the blonde rn is that was working last night checking patients in she needs a new job or fired my bf was brought in last night due to asthma attacks as well as panic attacks we sat in that waiting room for 2hrs watched him struggling in pain couldn't barley breath or talk running a fever I went to the rn told her we needed somebody and she was like ok didnt do shit just sat there it wasn't until my bfs mom came that she did something I will never bring him back here again.

The emergency room is incredibly slow. When asked, the staff kept saying, "We're busy". We are all busy, that is not an answer. I can understand that, but waiting 4 hours is ridiculous especially when there are other people waiting too. They don't seem helpful, encouraging, or informative. I have had good experience with other doctors, but do yourself a favor and go to a different ER.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Wait to be seen was astronomically long. When we were finally put in a room the doctor came in once and then we waited in the room for six hours before seeing him again all for him to tell us our daughter has a UTI. Nurse checked in on us twice in that time frame. May be a staffing issue but we’ve been here multiple times and nothing ever changes.

Had us sitting in the ER for several hours only to be told they lost my wife's blood sample....absolute abysmal service here.
