They do not have helpful staff there. I tried to get my husband a lab appointment. They claimed that the order did not get faxed over. They wanted me to give my Doctor, their fax number I refused. I called the Doctor they faxed it over again. The Dr asked me to go out of my way to pick up the order to take with us I refused. The order never got there so I cancelled the appointment.
