This place is awful! My mother's was on exam table and the table broke. My mom fell and no one of staff helped her get up. They sent to get X-ray but never confessed to letting my mom fall. They never reported to the security and they tried to act like it never happened. My mom back was hurt and Saint Luke's ignored my mom report. Don't go there! They have faulty equipment and don't care for their patients.
I have waited two weeks for the Tech to call me back regarding scheduling my MRI and ensuring I am able to use the type of machine. I called again today to try and get it scheduled and was transferred four times. After the third time, I was hung up on. The person that answered the phone the fourth time didn’t let me finish my sentence, cut me off, and transferred me again. I love my St. Luke’s physicians, but their radiology department needs some refreshers on customer focused care.
