Im currently in the emergency room waiting to be seen. When I begin to ask a question most of the staff is short (cut you off) and rude. I've been sitting for about 3 hours and they have only called 2 people. Nobody has been seen they seem to trying to wait until you leave. I was told that they can contact the obgyn to see if they can help. I just left that office and was told to come here. Yet not once or twice did they bother to see any of the patience. I'm really struggling with this rating. The folks at St Luke's on the Plaza seem to be great people so this rating isn't about them. This is more of a reflection on administration. The fact that your Client Advocate is so over worked and under staffed their voice message says they will call back "within 72" hours seems ridiculous. The average hospital stay is less than 6 days and I would expect it to take several days before a client advocate was needed. So does the advocate even have the opportunity to help client situation... read more
