Make their general policies patient care friendly. Being told that a $500 deposit must be paid BEFORE care is received is inhumane and asinine. It's even MORE ridiculous when the insurance company has already approved the procedure to be done. Doctors and nurses are great but your red tape and bureaucracy is truly disgusting. I won't be back and will tell others to go elsewhere. North Kansas City Hospital or Shawnee Mission Medical Center are way better at delivering a total package type of deal.

My Best Friend was a patient. He was there for awhile. They were very caring towards me , after he left this earth. I certainly miss CT my Friend. The entire staff, starting front office personnel to all Nursing Staff Doctors talk and seem like very caring people. I actually do feel mentally confident with the entire staff.

Im pregnant andwas admitted with Covid on the labor and delivery floor. Every single nurse who took care of me was extremely kind and caring. I had to spend Christmas in the hospital away from family and it was extremely difficult on me. my nurse, Kelsey, went way above and beyond the call of duty for me. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness.

I do recommend Dr . Hamel. She was absolutely amazing. However , I was completely taken back by a situation that happened where I spoke to a night nurse about my previous situation at a hospital I left. That same nurse spoke about this situation to the doctor I was previously under care with. That doctor went to the VP of that hospital to voice concerns. I felt totally violated and voiced my concerns to the compliance and privacy business partner about my HIPPA rights being violated. I just received a letter in the mail lett... read more

Your COVID measurements are humanly unbearable. Also, watch our for their billing. Prenatal is covered 100% by our insurance and you give us an estimate of $200? Excited to see what our actual bill will be once you mail it. What’s next, $30,000 to have our baby with a $2 estimate? Your nurses are extremely rude as well. I can’t go with my woman to see our baby for the first time during an ultrasound, what’s the meaning of this? If I had COVID, she has COVID. Then you all get COVID. But no, that’s not the case whatsoever. Thi... read more

Kathryn S Sobba, MD Is AMAZING! She did an exploratory surgery on my husband and found out he had Apendasidis and thanks to her he is doing good. Also a big SHOUT OUT to her receptionist Mickey for going above and beyond to help me with our FMLA papers. THANK YOU!
