Worst outfit ever. Messed up my appointments and blamed it on me.. and was in need of a Dr and was told that is the only place I could be seen by many Drs. Because I had a transpalnt. Find somewhere else to go. You will be treated like a number not a person. They have got too big for their britches and they don't listen and cut you off when you try to explain things to them. I've been with Dr Alba for over a year now. My transplant coordinator, Erica. My scheduler, Lolo, front desk, techs, every encounter is fantastic. You feel like you are truly cared for and they want you to succeed. During such a personally stressful time I sincerely look forward to seeing everyone. Dr Alba is a gem. Smart on another level but cares immensely. I'm so thankful she and her team took me on as a patient. Keep being awesome St Lukes!
The liver transplant team is great! My liver coordinator, Erica, is very patient and very responsive when I have questions. Dr. Alba, my transplant hepatologist, is amazing! She genuinely cares and wants the best for you. They are all very professional and I am happy that I have the care team that I do.
Since April of 2022 I have been a patient of St Luke’s kid/liver transplant clinic in Kansas City. They have all been wonderful , kind, caring, very professional since then. I still go there monthly since transplant 9/22/22. I have nothing but good to say about all of them
