I was in and out with meds for my eye
I came in with a lot of pain and swelling in my face. The NP preceptor stepped out of the room to address something while her student examined me. She asked if I had ever experienced anything like this before and I mentioned having had cellulitis before which was a bit similar in the swelling and discomfort. She stepped out to inform the NP. Was easy to schedule appointment online the morning of. Was there right at 7:00 AM and Naurice and Vienna were there to assist. Easy to check in and be taken back to room for my exam. Both Naurice and Vienna were great. Great communication and friendly, especially when you feel under the weather. They took my vitals and performed some tests. They walked me thru the results and recommended ways to alleviate my pain / issues. I was in and out in 30 minutes but they both took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and taken c... read more
The people there were okay. We got into the clinic fairly fast and a strep test was done. It took 3 days to get the results back from their lab. Definitely not convenient, I'd choose another clinic if you can.
Highly recommend St. Luke’s Walk-In Clinic in Hy-Vee in Belton, MO. Was too ill to drive any further for care. This clinic is 5 minutes from my home. NP diagnosed me with pneumonia in all 4 lobes of my lungs. Prescribed Prednisone and an antibiotic. Upon completion of medication, I am well. Still regaining strength. Stopped by there today to tell them how much I appreciate their care and the convenience.
